I've taken WRAP through Recovery Innovations.; Recovery Innovations course is based on the work of Mary Ellen Copeland so even though its the same concept may have some differences with others. I tried various meds and CBT therapy but nothing helped stabilize the severe lows and highs of my bi-polar symptoms so I could return to employment until I learned and followed the principles of WRAP. Although I havent been able to use individual therapy very often over the years, it was only moderately helpful.; Even though I'm only working part time, it has been for over two years. I think working in an environment that is supportive of people with Mental Health challenges is a critical part of the pathway to wellness.; I feel being paid or as a volunteer its the process of having to be somewhere at a particular time and accomplish pariticular tasks is also a critical piece.; I learned how to set aside my issues on bad days in order to do my tasks well and not have my symptoms effect others around me. I hope this helps
