To update your agency's listing in the Service Directory, please go to the Service Directory http://franklin.ny.networkofcare.org/mh/resource/find.cfm and click on "Add or Correct Info" on the left side of the screen. There you can fill out an information sheet and provide new information you think should be added to the agency's listing.

To maintain the security and accuracy of the database, there are two required steps to suggesting an update:

First, you need a Network of Care login. This is a simple and free process, and if you don't have a Network of Care login yet, you'll be prompted to create one when you go to Add or Correct Info and click on the blue “New User” tab. (The login also allows you to maintain personalized lists of resources, legislation, etc. -- and we do not share our login information with anyone.)

Second, we ask that you provide the name and contact information for the director of the agency you're writing about. This helps speed the process of confirming the accuracy of the information.

Your request will be automatically forwarded to the staff at North Country Behavioral Healthcare Network (NCBHN). Once NCBHN authorizes your update request, the new information will be included in the Service Directory database.
