schools not being fair to handicaped kids

My son is a 12 year old he was diagnosed with autism and he is nonverbal. In 2006 he came home from school with bruises all over and i did everything right to get him the right help but no-one wanted to help I ended up moving out of the state of missouri just to get him in school and i ended up moving back to missouri becuz of finicial reasons. I now live back in missouri and the school makes my son sit in a classroom byhimself with nothing to do i just admitted him into the hospital because the school said that he was being aggressive which isn't true because he is doing everything that he is suppose to do. if there is anything you can do to help me please contact me my address is Jessica Browder 209 west lincoln street carrollton missouri 64633 my phone number is 6603292384 or6606319764
