Hi there, I love the work you do--but want to point out that your information re: ab3632 is incorrect in one respect. UNLESS residential treatment is the issue, a child with ANY disability eligible for spec ed, who needs the high level support of CMH involvement can recieve it. IN other words, a child does NOT have to have an ED classification to be eligible unless the placement is residential treatment. I work at the DISABILITY RIGHTS EDUCATION AND DEFENSE FUND, as an education advocate, and work extensively on this issue.
