Advocating for the protection of Residents in long term care facilities such as Skilled Nursing Facilities and Residential Care Facilities. Investigates and resolves complaints in order to protect and promote resident rights. Investigates complaints made by or on behalf of the resident, Mediation with residents and family members reaching a mutual agreeable resolution to the problem, Educate residents family members and staff on what federal and state regulations require facilities to do, Witness documents such as Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care and property transfers, Elder Abuse Reporting in long term care facilities. All calls remain confidential.

I'm always reading and hearing how this program helps out our Elders and those in special care facilities. I love to know that someone out there is looking out for others. Keep up the great work.
